Please make yourself aware of the cancellation policy when making an appointment.
No shows will be charged 100% of the missed appointment, If there is an occurrence we will sadly no longer be able to see you as a client.
Failiure to reschedule or cancel an appointment 24hours prior to the appointment will result in being charged 50% of the appointment.
Services that are grater than 2 hours will require a 50% deposit.
Wedding makeup bookings require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your date.
All deposits are taken off the remaining balence.
